This month singer songwriter Beth Fitchet Wood is joined by Jason Feddy and Shaun Cromwell at her popular songwriters' showcase - Beth's Tuesdays. Presented on line only by Laguna Live! at Laguna Beach Cultural Arts Center, the show will be live streamed on Facebook starting at 7pm.
Jason Feddy
Jason has worked as a singer/songwriter and guitarist ever since school days, pausing only for a few years as a morning jock on Laguna Beach's local radio station.
His career has seen him open for Neil Young, Tears For Fears, The Cranberries, John Martyn, Christie Moore and Joe Cocker, amongst many more. Jason has a well regarded show of songs from the plays of William Shakespeare and recently wrote the score of a play with veteran Saturday Night Live comedienne Rita Rudner. On Sundays, Jason and his wife Ava Burton (yes, that Ava!) broadcast (from their guest bedroom) a show of songs and merriment on Facebook Live that they call “The Pageant of The Mattress!”
Shaun Cromwell
Recognized nationally as a superb musician and songwriter, Shaun has been a finalist at such prestigious events as the Mountain Stage New Song contest, and the Dave Carter Memorial Songwriting Contest at the Sisters Folk Festival. He has performed throughout the US and Canada including main-stage performances at the Tucson Folk Festival, and the In The Dead Of Winter Music Festival in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
